Local pick up is available by appointment only during business hours.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding public holidays.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
I am more than happy to return/exchange an item if the incorrect size has been chosen or there is a major fault with the item, however all item return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Items may only be returned/exchanged under the following conditions.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of returned item/s via your original payment method.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
Custom made items are not able to be returned / exchanged and costs are not refundable.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Colour transfer/color bleed may occur when a white or light colour fabric is combined with a darker colour fabric. This is more common under the arm area where perspiration and friction occur. We are unable to guarantee our fabrics wont bleed and will not take responsibility if this occurs.
Avoid abrasive surfaces such as grip buckles and velcro. Damage caused by abrasion will not be the responsibility of Dig Sportswear.
