_{All in-stock items are generally dispatched within 2-4 business days after payment is received.}

_{All items will be shipped via Australia Post (regular post or express post) and will include tracking.}

_{Shipping costs depend on the quantity of items ordered.}

_{Small Satchel        Holds up to 500g (355 x 220mm)   from $8.50}

_{Medium Satchel    Holds up to 3kg (405 x 310mm)    from $16.00}

_{Shipping costs are non-refundable.}

_{I am unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system.}

_{Local Pick up available.}

_{2-5 days depending on your location.}

_{Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery on custom made to order items.}

_Returns

_{I am more than happy to exchange an item if incorrect size has been chosen however all item return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Items may only be exchanged under the following conditions -}

• _{The customer notifies me within 7 days of the item being received.}
• _{The item is in its original condition. Not worn/washed or damaged and with the original tags attached.}
• _{An Australia Post Express Post Satchel is enclosed with the returned item and return address details are clearly written on it.}

_{Custom made items are not able to be returned/exchanged and costs are non-refundable.}
